Sarah Doverspike is an Associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. Ms. Doverspike’s practice focuses on environmental litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has experience in toxic tort defense involving property and personal injury claims. Ms. Doverspike has been involved in arbitrations under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) focusing on the defense of the rights of data owners against follow-on registrants of pesticides. She also has experience with litigation matters under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA). Ms. Doverspike attended Duke University where she received her legal degree from the School of Law (J.D., 2006) and a masters degree in Resource Economics and Policy from the Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences (M.A., 2006). While attending Duke University, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum and interned as a law clerk in the Summer Honors Program at the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of General Counsel in the Air and Radiation Law Office and at the Conservation Law Foundation in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Doverspike is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars.
