Rea Harrison is an Associate in the Washington, DC office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., with a general litigation, regulatory, and environmental practice. Rea received her legal degree from the University of Iowa College of Law (J.D., 2007), where she served as Senior Managing Editor of the Journal of Gender, Race, & Justice. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was also a member of the Sphinx Senior Society. During law school, Rea was afforded the opportunity to spend a summer abroad studying International Law in Arcachon, France and Berlin, Germany. She also spent a summer as an intern for the Washington Lawyers' Committee, with a focus on employment discrimination matters. At Iowa, she competed in the Van Oosterhout Moot Court competition and served on the Executive Board of the Black Law Students' Association. Rea is a very active alumni member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, as well as the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Leadership Network. She is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
