Dan Brian is an Associate in the San Francisco office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., with a general litigation, regulatory, and environmental practice. Dan received his legal degree from Columbia University School of Law (J.D., 2008), graduating with honors as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  There, he served as Submissions Editor of the Columbia Journal of Environmental Law. He earned his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the Pennsylvania State University.

During law school, Dan was a member of the Environmental Law Clinic and of the Environmental Law Society. In addition, Dan worked for the Environmental Enforcement Section of the Department of Justice, for a New York-based environmental boutique, for the EPA Region II Air Branch, and for the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
