Holli Feichko is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Beveridge & Diamond, P.C., where she concentrates her practice in the areas of environmental compliance counseling, alternative dispute resolution, and environmental litigation. Ms. Feichko's compliance counseling practice is primarily focused on the Clean Air Act and comparable state laws. Ms. Feichko has represented consumer product manufacturers, chemical companies, trade associations, petroleum refineries, municipal waste combustors, and others on a variety of compliance and enforcement issues, including the New Source Review, New Source Performance Standards, Title V, and air toxics programs. Ms. Feichko also advises companies on facility assessment and audit issues under the EPA audit privilege and state audit laws. She has assisted in the compliance review process, evaluated third-party auditor findings, and assisted clients in identifying and disclosing violations. She also represents companies in negotiations with government entities to resolve potential liabilities disclosed in environmental audits. Ms. Feichko also has an extensive practice in the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and its implementing regulations. She represents multinational corporations in data compensation arbitrations, focusing on the defense of the rights of data owners against follow-on registrants of pesticides. She also represents pesticide manufacturers in administrative actions before the Environmental Protection Agency, and regularly advises companies regarding FIFRA and its implementing regulations. Ms. Feichko also represents chemical companies, trade associations, consumer product manufacturers, and municipalities on a variety of compliance, enforcement, and counseling matters involving the Clean Water Act, the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and comparable state laws. Ms. Feichko received her law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she also served as a member and Articles Editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. Ms. Feichko received her undergraduate degree from the University of Utah, where she pursued a double concentration in environmental studies and political science. Ms. Feichko is a member of the Maryland State Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
