B&D's Gus Bauman Quoted In Builder Magazine on Expected Tougher Environmental Enforcement

Beveridge & Diamond P.C. land use attorney, Gus Bauman, spoke this month at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas on the same day President Obama was being inaugurated. Mr. Bauman was then quoted extensively in an interview published in Builder magazine. Bauman stressed to the builders that they need to recognize that federal regulatory agencies are increasingly asking states and municipalities to enforce any new mandates.
