The Firm has represented Howard University on a wide range of environmental and employment matters. The environmental matters relate to compliance with the Underground Storage Tank statute and regulations and with regard to the disposal of medical waste. In addition, the firm has represented the university on a wide range of employment discrimination claims based on race, gender, national origin and sexual harassment.
