Options for Potentially Responsible Parties in the Wake of the Aviall Decision

Karl Bourdeau and Parker Moore authored an article summarizing, circuit-by-circuit, all case law regarding cost recovery and contribution rights of potentially responsible parties ("PRPs") under CERCLA since the Supreme Court’s Aviall decision through December 31, 2006.  The article also addresses options that PRPs may want to consider as they evaluate how best to recover response costs they have incurred.
