Housing Discrimination Complaint Filed With HUD Against City of Manassas, Virginia

A complaint was filed with the US Department of Housing and Urban Development against the City of Manassas, Virginia, alleging violations of the fair housing laws in connection with ordinances that effectively targeted (and resulted in the eviction of some) Hispanic families. Beveridge & Diamond  represents the Equal Rights Center, and is serving as Co-Counsel with the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law.
