Marc J. Goldstein and Deborah A. Eliason are on the faculty panel for the upcoming MCLE program "Neighbor & Nuisance Law."  Ms. Eliason is Chair of the program.

Neighbor law can take many forms and affects us all in one way or another. Living in close proximity to one another brings out the best and worst in all of us. And when proximity means sharing the same patch of dirt or foundation, issues are bound to arise. What one may view as a right, another views as a nuisance. Overhanging tree limbs, blocked views, noisy neighbors, and noisome trades are just some of the conflicts that have found their way to the courts.
