Stephen Richmond will serve as program chair for the fourth year in a row at this annual regional conference devoted to facilitating exchanges among business generators, waste processors and government regulators. The summit theme this year is planning for the economic rebound. Speakers include officials from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection, and the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, and from regional construction and demolition recycling companies.
