Parker Moore Presenting on NEPA at ELI's 22nd Annual Boot Camp on Environmental Law

Parker Moore (Principal, Washington, DC office) will present the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) session at the Environmental Law Institute's (ELI) Annual Eastern Boot Camp on Environmental Law on Monday, November 11, 2013 in Washington, DC.

ELI's Boot Camp is led by approximately 20 carefully selected senior practitioners and environmental managers. This year's topics include: the Clean Air Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; federal chemical regulations; the Clean Water Act; the National Environmental Policy Act; the Endangered Species Act; ethical issues in environmental law; civil and criminal enforcement; due diligence considerations in transactional environmental law; and energy law.
