Pete Anderson Speaking at NC Bar CLE Program on Effective Compliance Programs

Principal Pete Anderson (Washington, DC) will speak in a CLE program hosted by the North Carolina Bar. The program is titled "A 360 View of White Collar Crimes from Start to Finish - From Investigators, Prosecutors, Practitioners and Judges" and will take place from 12:00pm to 1:00pm (EDT) on April 17 in Raleigh, NC.

The program will address a broad array of topics relating to complex white-collar criminal law, from an equally wide variety of perspectives - U.S. Attorneys, U.S. District Judges, investigators and defense practitioners - covering the full life-cycle of such cases. Pete will speak in a presentation titled "How Sturdy Is Your Shield?" which will provide an overview of corporate compliance and the characteristics of effective compliance programs

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions.
