Brian Levey will speak at the REBA Annual Meeting & Conference on November 7, 2006 in Worcester, MA.  Mr. Levey will participate in a breakout session entitled "New Expedited Permitting Legislation".  He will discuss the major changes to procedures now available to developers and towns, following the enactment of the new legislation in August of this year, that move projects through permitting and appeals and on to construction.
