The webcast will take place on October 18, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. ET.

The webcast will focus on the nuances of effective mediation advocacy from multiple perspectives. Topics to be discussed will include how to best prepare a case for mediation, the importance of the mediation brief, maximizing the joint session, effective negotiation within a mediation, using the mediator to your best advantage, and strategies for getting beyond impasse. The panel will also address, from the mediator and advocate perspective, the role gender can play during a complex mediation.
