David Friedland will be moderator of this "Quick Teleconference" program presented by the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources, Air Quality Committee. The teleconference will take place 12:00pm - 1:30pm.
The participants will discuss basics of CAA applicability; analyze the Court's ruling as what constitutes a "major modification"; and provide listeners with interpretations of the Court ruling by state, industry, and NGO speakers.
