23rd Annual ALI-ABA Land Use InstitutePlanning, Regulation, Litigation, Eminent Domain, and Compensation 23rd Annual ALI-ABA Land Use Institute Gus Bauman will speak on several panels at the ALI-ABA's Land Use Institute in August. This annual course of study, comprising more than 19 hours of instruction, is designed to provide an effective and efficient review of current issues in land use for attorneys, planners, public officials, developers, and academics. Mr. Bauman will speak on Wednesday, August 15, on the Head Start Program for early registrants. On Friday, August 17, Mr. Bauman will speak on three panels: at 8:30am, he will address Climate Change and the Role of the Land Use Attorney; at 10:45am, he will discuss Federal Laws, Regulations and Programs Affecting Local Land Use Decision Making; and at 1:30pm, Mr. Bauman will take part in a concurrent session entitled Wetland Practice Points.
