Gus Bauman will speak on five panels during the Land Use Institute's 24th Annual ALI-ABA Course of Study. On Wednesday, August 13, Mr. Bauman will speak on the Head Start Program.
On Thursday August 14, he will speak on Preparing, Briefing, and Arguing an Appeal.
On Friday, August 15, Mr. Bauman will discuss Growth Management in the 21st Century: Smart Growth, Sustainable Development, Green Development and Sprawl, at 8:30am. He will speak about Federal Laws, Regulations and Programs Affecting Local Land Use Decision-Making at 10:45am. At 1:15pm, he will provide Wetlands Practice Pointers.
