David M. Friedland will be moderating a teleconference sponsored by the Air Quality Section of the ABA next Friday entitled "Residual Risk under Clean Air Act Section 112: The Recently Proposed HON Rule and Beyond", on Friday, June 23. Mr. Friedland will join three panelists to discuss the basics of Section 112 and its risk, MACT and residual risk requirements. He will also analyze how residual risk requirements may impact businesses and their clients.
