Gus Bauman will be speaking at ALI-ABA's 22nd Annual Land Use Institute presentations. This annual course of study is designed to provide an effective and efficient review of current issues in land use for attorneys, planners, public officials, developers, and academics. Mr. Bauman will be speaking on several panels including "The U.S. Supreme Court's 2006 Wetlands Cases" at 1:15pm and "Chief Justice Rehnquist and the Law of Takings" at 3:00pm Thursday, August 17, and "Update on Litigation: Choice of Forum - Federal or State?" at 3:00pm, Friday, August 18.
