Russell LaMotte will be speaking at a conference held by the New York City Bar Association on "Major Developments in the EU: Essential Information for Corporate and Environmental Attorneys". Mr. LaMotte will speak about the requirements of WEEE-directive on waste electrical and electronic equipment; the requirements of ROHS-restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances; and how WEEE and ROHS affect the operations and products of U.S. and foreign manufacturers.
