B&D Attorney, Gus Bauman, Obtains Successful Outcome in Bethesda Development Dispute

Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. land use attorney and former Planning Board chairman, Gus Bauman, led a team retained by several prominent Montgomery County, Maryland companies that obtained a unanimous decision on June 12 by the Montgomery County, Maryland Planning Board in a high-profile zoning dispute.  The companies have office buildings at a major Metro intersection in Bethesda and had taken exception to a proposed office building construction in place of a community plaza.
