Air Rules Pending Adoption Extension of Alternative Emissions Reduction Plan Deadline The proposed change to 30 TAC ยง114.318 extends the expiration date of all alternative emissions reduction plans approved by the Executive Director prior to December 16, 2005 by one year to December 31, 2007. Water Rules Pending Proposal
Repeal of Certain Subchapters of 30 TAC Chapter 321 This rulemaking would repeal Subchapters G, H, J, K, M, and O of 30 TAC Chapter 321 (Control of Certain Activities by Rule) which have been replaced by general permits.
