- Represented an international defense contractor in its management of its national real estate portfolio of 21 million square feet of leased and owned properties.
- Represented various Fortune 500 and international manufacturers (including life sciences corporations) in their respective negotiations for office and industrial facility leases and economic retention or relocation incentives with state and local governments.
- Negotiated a public utility’s Washington, D.C. headquarters office lease for 335,000 square feet.
- Represented the owners of over 25 Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania shopping centers in their retail lease negotiations.
- Represented a national developer with $6 billion under management in its initial ground lease negotiations with the Bridgeport Archdiocese for a proposed 1 million square foot mixed-use project in Stamford CT.
- Negotiated synthetic lease transactions for publicly traded international software and electronic data companies.
