Bringing together its environmental and international talents, Beveridge & Diamond, P.C. has helped a number of international companies to conduct systematic evaluations of the adequacy of their environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs.  Our experience ranges from full-scale worldwide assessments of corporate environmental management systems and performance, to the development and assessment of individual elements of those systems, such as compliance and audit programs.  We regularly help our clients to identify and resolve environmental issues at manufacturing facilities all over the world, and have helped multinational companies benchmark their performance against corporate peers.  To supplement our own substantive knowledge of national and international requirements, we have established a vast network of relationships with technical and legal specialists in many countries to assist in such reviews.

Many international companies are systematically evaluating the adequacy of their environmental, health and safety (EHS) programs. Whether done in response to public pressure or simply to manage risks and liabilities, these evaluations require a competent, experienced team. Bringing together its environmental and international talents, Beveridge & Diamond has assisted a number of clients in conducting such assessments.

Our experience ranges from full-scale worldwide assessments of corporate environmental management systems and performance, to the development and assessment of individual elements of those systems, such as compliance and audit programs.  We regularly help our clients to identify and resolve environmental issues at manufacturing facilities all over the world.  We also conduct assessments for clients who are striving to be the environmental leaders in their industries, identifying opportunities for enhanced environmental performance and the business advantages that flow from a leadership position.

Due to our extensive environmental experience, we are intimately familiar with the environmental issues that arise in such reviews, and we can anticipate and overcome the obstacles to a successful project. To supplement our own substantive knowledge of national and international requirements, we have established a vast network of relationships with technical and legal specialists in many countries.
