The D.C. Bar recently elected Associate Peter Selimos (Washington, DC) to the Environment, Energy, and Natural Resources (EENR) Community’s Steering Committee. The steering committee leads the D.C. Bar’s EENR Community and is made up of five elected members. Peter’s term will begin July 1, 2025. 

I am honored to be elected to the EENR Community's Steering Committee. I look forward to serving alongside my superb fellow Steering Committee colleagues with energy and enthusiasm. 

The D.C. Bar’s EENR Community covers the full range of environment, energy, and natural resources issues, including emerging regulatory issues, legislative initiatives, litigation trends, and more. The EENR Community also organizes career panels, provides networking opportunities, and encourages pro bono practice.

As part of B&D’s litigation team, Peter focuses his practice on high stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters while also maintaining an active pro bono practice centered on tenants' rights.
