Associate Jose Almanzar (New York) will speak at the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) Environmental & Energy Law Section (EELS) 2021 Annual Oil Spill Symposium. In his presentation, "New Proposed PBS Regulations", Jose will discuss new New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) petroleum bulk storage (PBS) regulations, including technical requirements, financial responsibility, and changes to spill reporting regulations.
