Prior to joining B&D, Ethan interned with the Texas Office of the Attorney General - Environmental Protection Division and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Before law school, Ethan worked in Houston as an environmental scientist, helping clients navigate permitting issues based on Section 404 of the Clean Water Act, as well as performing due diligence assessments, and assisting with NEPA permitting and public involvement efforts.
