Beveridge & Diamond Speaking at LSI Natural Resource Damages Conference
Principals John Cruden (Washington, DC) and Loren Dunn (Seattle) will be speaking at the Law Seminars International (LSI) Seventh Annual Advanced Conference on Natural Resource Damages, taking place in Washington, DC on March 1-2. The seminar will examine the existing and potential changes and provide critical information so that NRD stakeholders may better adapt.
Loren will be speaking in a presentation titled "Portland Harbor: Strategic Insights from One of the Nation's Largest On-Going NRD Assessments." The session, which will take place on Thursday, March 1 at 10:30 a.m., will address strategic questions related to cooperative assessments, restoration and remedial planning, overlapping trusteeship, and other issues.
John will be giving the closing address on "The Past, Present & Future of NRD," which will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, March 2 and will draw from his experience as former Special Assistant Attorney General for the Department of Justice's Environment and Natural Resources Division.
