Erika Spanton Speaking During Managing Stormwater in Washington Conference

Beveridge & Diamond associate Erika Spanton (Seattle) will speak during Northwest Environmental Business Council (NEBC)’s 13th annual Managing Stormwater in Washington Conference. Managing Stormwater in Washington is the state’s largest and most comprehensive stormwater conference, featuring the latest information and best practices for professionals and regulators in industrial, construction, and municipal stormwater management.

Erika will participate in the plenary session, “The Impact of Third-Party Lawsuits,” which will consider what triggers a third-party lawsuit and the lawsuit’s life cycle once it’s in motion. The panel will shed light on the citizen suit provision of the Clean Water Act; causes and timing; and what you can expect if you find yourself in trouble.
