Leah Dundon presents to Energy Bar Association on The Impact of Securities Laws in The Environmental Context

Leah Dundon, Of Counsel at Beveridge & Diamond, will serve on a panel of experts convened by the Energy Bar Association’s Environmental Regulation Committee to discuss corporate climate risk disclosures.

Ms. Dundon will focus on the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission’s Climate Risk Disclosure guidance and its requirements, how companies make disclosures, and what disclosures mean to investors.
