Loren Dunn Speaking at ELEC's Advanced Superfund Conference

Principal Loren Dunn (Seattle) will speak at the Environmental Law Education Center (ELEC)'s Advanced Superfund Conference, taking place on January 30 in Portland, OR. The conference will focus on the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) as well as the Oregon Cleanup Law.

Loren will speak in a presentation involving remediation costs, including the real cost of sediment remediation and recent remedy decisions and EPA cost policies, guidance, and practice, which will take place between 10:00-10:30 a.m. He will also participate in a panel discussion on how to make the transition from investigation and allocation to remediation and redevelopment, which will take place from 3:00-4:30 p.m.

Associate Rachel Roberts (Seattle) will also attend the conference.
