Navigating Updates to the Hazard Communication Standard | 2023 Occupational Safety and Health Webinar Series
OSHA expects to publish soon a final rule revising the Hazard Communication Standard. It was last updated in 2012. The amended standard may affect all companies that prepare safety data sheets (SDSs) for their customers and all employers who use those SDSs to protect their employees. During this webinar, Principal Mark Duvall and Associate Clirae Bourke (Washington, DC) will discuss these changes and their implications for industry.
There is no charge to attend this webinar, but advance registration is required. This series is intended for in-house counsel, EHS professionals, and business leaders at companies, municipalities, and trade associations. To request an invitation, please submit this form or contact [email protected].
