The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) expects to update the Hazard Communication Standard in 2023, last updated in 2012. The amended standard may affect all companies that prepare safety data sheets (SDSs) for their customers and all employers who use those SDSs to protect their employees. During this webinar, Mark Duvall (Principal, Washington, DC) and Clirae Bourke (Associate, Washington, DC) will discuss these changes and their implications for industry.
