Parker Moore Speaking on Protected Pollinators at AWEA Conference

Parker Moore, a Principal in Beveridge & Diamond's Washington, DC office and leader of the firm's Endangered Species & Wildlife Protection practice group, is speaking at the American Wind Energy Association's Wind Project Siting and Environmental Compliance Conference in Charleston, SC March 22-23. Mr. Moore is speaking on a panel titled "Shifting Regulatory Landscape – 'Bats and Other Things That Go Bump in the Night.'” Mr. Moore's presentation, "Protecting Projects from Protected Pollinators," will address strategies to improve the project permitting process given the significance of pollinator listing petitions under the Endangered Species Act.
