B&D Attorneys Edit, Author the Environment and Climate Change Chapters of Lexology Getting the Deal Through

Beveridge & Diamond Principals James (Jamie) Auslander (Washington, DC) and Brook Detterman (Boston) are proud to serve as contributing editors and authors of Lexology Getting The Deal Through: Environment & Climate Regulation 2021. This publication provides a compilation and comparative guide of key areas of environmental law and policy, including regulatory responses to climate change, in 12 different jurisdictions worldwide.

In addition to Jamie, B&D Principals Ryan Carra (Washington, DC), Andrew Silton (Washington, DC), and Nicole Weinstein (New York) authored the United States “Environment” section. The authors of the United States “Climate Regulation” section, in addition to Brook, were Principal Aron Schnur (Baltimore), Associates Casey Clausen (Seattle) and Jacob Duginski (San Francisco), and Stacey Halliday (Independent Consultant to B&D).
