Biography
Jeremy Faulkner leverages his prior experience as a law clerk to counsel clients on litigation.
He helps counsel clients throughout all stages of litigation in various jurisdictions. As a clerk for two federal judges at the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, Jeremy gained wide-ranging litigation experience. He advised on high-stakes litigation, ranging from the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA). Jeremy has extensive experience advising judges on complex legal matters, preparing draft opinions, and conducting in-depth legal research. He advised judges both orally and in writing on pending motions.
Before law school, Jeremy served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Romania, where he initiated various community projects and secured funding for village development.
