B&D Sponsoring, Jamie Auslander Speaking at ABA SEER Fall Conference

Jamie Auslander (Principal, Washington, DC) will speak at the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources (ABA SEER)'s 27th Annual Fall Conference, taking place in Boston, MA, from September 11-14. 

Jamie will participate on the panel, "Go Big or Go Home: Fast Lanes and Road Blocks for Major Infrastructure Projects," taking place on Thursday, September 12. Jamie and his co-presenters will discuss the myriad legal hurdles and procedural requirements facing any major infrastructure project. The discussion will address issues stemming from the environmental review process mandated by the National Environmental Policy Act, including issues about tribal law and consultation requirements, permits requirements under the Clean Water Act, air pollution, noise reduction, environmental justice, endangered species, and cultural and historic resources.
