Ryan Carra, Mark Duvall, Allyn Stern Presenting ACC Webinar on Governmental COVID-19 Guidance

Beveridge & Diamond's Ryan Carra (Washington, DC), Mark Duvall (Washington, DC), and Allyn Stern (Seattle, WA) will present an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Environmental & Sustainability Network webinar, "Your Guide to the COVID-19 Guidance: Breaking Down the Latest from U.S. EPA and OSHA." The program will take place on Tuesday, April 7 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. ET.

With new governmental guidelines addressing the COVID-19 pandemic released each week, you’ll want to join Beveridge & Diamond for a can’t-miss webinar designed to help attendees break down the latest updates from U.S. EPA and OSHA into practical advice and key takeaways. Allyn Stern, former EPA Regional Counsel, will cover EPA’s most recent environmental compliance and enforcement guidance and will address EPA’s likely exercise of substantial enforcement discretion for pandemic-related non-compliance. On the OSHA front, Mark Duvall will walk attendees through key guidance relating to worker exposure to the novel coronavirus as well as employers’ legal obligations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. Finally, providing an important update to our March Environmental & Sustainability Network Legal Quick Hit, “Notification and Payment Obligations Under U.S. EPA’s TSCA Fees Rule,” Ryan Carra will outline EPA’s short and long-term solutions to the unintended problems its fees rule created.
