Stacey Sublett Halliday to Join ELI 2021 Corporate & Policy Forum Panel on Environmental Justice

Principal Stacey Sublett Halliday (Washington, DC) will join a panel on environmental justice as part of the Environmental Law Institute's (ELI) 2021 Corporate & Policy Forum, "Achieving Environmental Justice: Lessons from Communities, Companies, and Government." Panelists will discuss the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priority, which has companies increasingly focused on strategies for improving their relationships with the communities in which they operate, including environmental justice (EJ) communities. They will also explain evolving corporate EJ strategies, which may be a valuable addition to efforts to shift the power dynamics that have contributed to the legacy of environmental injustice.

The panel will feature Arielle V. King (Environmental Justice Staff Attorney, ELI) as Moderator, Carlos M. Brown, (General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Dominion Energy), and Marco K. Merrick (Acting Chief, Equity and Environmental Justice, Department of Works, Baltimore City).
