Russ LaMotte Co-Authors Article on International Chemical Regulations in Products in Who’s Who Legal: Environment 2015
Russ LaMotte, a leader of Beveridge & Diamond’s International Environmental Practice, co-authored an article in the September edition of Who’s Who Legal: Environment 2015. The article, “Chemical Control: Environmental Law in a Deindustrialised Society,” discusses the increasing regulation of chemicals in consumer products by the EU, US, and the UN, and the related implications and challenges for product manufacturers and importers.
Last year, Mr. LaMotte published an article in Who’s Who Legal: Environment 2014 titled “Product-Focused Environmental Controls in a Globalised World.”
