Cancelled: B&D Speaking, Sponsoring at EECMA's 2020 Annual Conference

This event was cancelled due to COVID-19 concerns. Please visit B&D's COVID-19 resource page for assistance on navigating this pandemic.

Beveridge & Diamond is proud to sponsor the 35th annual Environmental & Emerging Claim Manager Association (EECMA) Conference, taking place from May 6 to 8 in Orlando, Florida. EECMA is an informal group of property and casualty insurers and reinsurers focused on continued education about the many issues surrounding emerging risks, environmental, asbestos, and other long-term exposure litigation that continues to challenge insurers and our policyholders.

Seattle associates Rachel Roberts and Tracy Williams will join the panel presentation, “CERCLA Sediment Remedies: Selection, Performance and the Role of Community Groups,” taking place from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. PT on May 7.

Principals Loren DunnDave Weber, and Nicole Weinstein will also attend the conference.

CLE credit will be available in some jurisdictions. For more information, and to register, please see EECMA’s website.

Beveridge & Diamond’s Superfund, Site Remediation, and Natural Resources Damages practice group assists clients in litigation and allocation of CERCLA sites, including complex, large-scale sites. We counsel clients on developing case law and requirements under CERCLA and state-equivalent hazardous waste laws.
