Biography

Sara advises clients on regulatory compliance and products counseling.

She assists with matters including hazardous waste, e-waste, and ESG laws. Sara also advises on product compliance issues at various levels. She has counseled clients in environmental permitting and project development at the state and federal levels. She understands California’s extensive environmental legal landscape and major federal statutes. Additionally, Sara provides health and safety regulatory guidance to clients under both state and federal law.

Sara has helped counsel clients in complex regulatory compliance and enforcement matters and drafted detailed legal memoranda on novel regulatory issues. She is also a litigator, having represented both the plaintiffs and defense in litigation, including defending numerous Proposition 65 claims. 

Sara maintains an active pro bono practice, focused on immigration.

While in law school, Sara was a graduate student teacher for environmental law and was a research assistant for Professor Karrigan Bork.
