Beveridge & Diamond Chairman Ben Wilson (Washington, DC) will speak at the DC Bar's webinar, "Nasdaq’s Board Diversity Rule: Implementation and Impact." The Nasdaq’s board diversity rule is designed to encourage greater board diversity. It requires Nasdaq-listed companies to disclose board-level diversity data or explain why they do not have at least two diverse directors.
