Principal Hilary Jacobs (Washington, DC) will speak about legal issues surrounding PFAS in biosolids at the Water Environment Federation (WEF)'s 2025 RBITT Conference, on May 7.

Layne Baroldi (Director of Regulatory & Legislative Affairs, Synagro Technologies), Kip Cleverley (Chief Sustainability Officer, Synagro Technologies), and Eric Sapirstein (Founder & President, ENS Resources) will join Hilary on the panel.

The speakers will provide an update on the legislative, regulatory, legal, and outreach efforts to protect the residuals and biosolids industry as an essential public service.
