B&D Sponsoring, Speaking at 36th Annual Environment Virginia Symposium
B&D is proud to sponsor the 36th Annual Environment Virginia Symposium, an environmental conference hosted annually by Virginia's environmental regulatory agencies, including the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality. The conference will include nearly 40 sessions focused on topics ranging from climate resilience to emerging contaminants, presented through a series of breakout sessions, workshops, and networking events.
Principal David Friedland (Washington, DC) will speak on a panel, "Evolving Challenges for Data Centers in VA," on March 25. Panelists will explore how federal and state environmental laws, together with local government authority, shape the siting, permitting, and operation of data centers, focusing on key legal issues related to air quality, water use, stormwater management, and land use regulation.
Principal Jessalee Landfried (Washington, DC) will also attend the conference.
