Amber Ahmed to Moderate Panel on Public Lands at Texas Symposium on Climate Change and Energy Transition
Of Counsel Amber Ahmed (Austin) will moderate a panel, "Public Lands," at the State Bar of Texas Environmental & Natural Resources Law Section's 4th Annual Texas Symposium on Climate Change and Energy Transition. Mark Laska (Great Ecology), Mike Dillinger (ENRLS Chair and Board Member, National Parks Trust), and Marisol Sobek (University of Texas Law School) will join Amber on the panel. The speakers will discuss the legal aspects of using public lands in mitigating climate change including geologic sequestration beneath national forests, as well as the adaptation and preservation of national parks and coastal lands.
