Amber Ahmed to Speak on Contested Case Hearings at TexasBarCLE

Of Counsel Amber Ahmed (Austin) will present “After the Hearing” at TexasBarCLE’s in-person course, “Handling Your First (or Next) Contested Case Hearing” at the Texas Law Center in Austin.

Amber’s presentation will cover post-hearing procedures, including agency final orders, motions for rehearing, preservation of error, and judicial review, with an emphasis on proceedings before the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC), and Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUC).
