Beveridge & Diamond Hosts DRI Reception Featuring John Cruden

On Wednesday, June 7, Beveridge & Diamond hosted a networking reception on behalf of the Defense Research Institute's (DRI) Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee in Washington, DC.

The event featured remarks by preeminent environmental lawyer and immediate past Assistant Attorney General, Environment and Natural Resources Division, John Cruden. John also is the President-elect of the American College of Environmental Lawyers, and a past President of the Environmental Law Institute. Using the Volkswagen emissions litigation and other examples, John offered his perspectives on the role and importance of environmental corporate governance and compliance.
