Dave Metres, Lauren Murvihill to Speak on Superfund, Multi-Party Litigation for ACC San Francisco Bay Area

Principal Dave Metres (San Francisco) and Associate Lauren Murvihill (San Francisco) will speak on a panel, "Ethical Pitfalls and Best Practices in Superfund and Other Multi-Party Litigation," during the Association of Corporate Counsel San Francisco Bay Area (ACC SFBA)'s 2026 Race to the Finish virtual CLE event. Viewed through the lens of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the webinar will provide a practical overview of key ethics issues that commonly arise in Superfund matters, including conflicts, waivers, joint versus separate counsel, and common-interest arrangements, and how to navigate those ethical obligations in a wide range of complex, multi-party litigation contexts beyond CERCLA.
