Eric Christensen to Speak at APPA Legal & Regulatory Conference on Energy Infrastructure Permitting

Principal Eric Christensen (Seattle) will speak on “Reforming Permitting for Energy Infrastructure” at the 2026 Legal & Regulatory Conference hosted by the American Public Power Association (APPA).

The session will examine federal and state efforts to accelerate permitting for renewable energy and transmission infrastructure. Eric will also cover adopted and proposed reforms, as well as lessons from Washington state that may inform permitting improvements nationwide.
