Jigna Dalal to Discuss Discovery Obligations in the AI-Assisted Workplace for ILTA

Litigation and eDiscovery Support Director Jigna Dalal (Washington, DC) will join a tabletop exercise, “New Rules, New Risks: Discovery Obligations in the AI-Assisted Workplace,” for International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).

The session will examine where AI-generated data resides; how discovery may encompass prompts, traces, outputs, version histories, logs, and vector databases; and how these systems create risks involving accuracy, transparency, and documentation. They will also address questions counsel should raise when advising clients that use AI tools in their daily operations.
